If we’re honest, we’re tired too.


January has a particular weight to it. The tiredness that doesn’t quite lift. The sense that you should be refreshed and ready to go again, when actually you’re just doing your best to keep moving. We feel it in our own lives, and we hear it again and again from the people we work with.


This is exactly why we created the Radiant Path Programme.


Not as something to push you forward, but as a place to soften. A way of caring for yourself that feels realistic, kind, and supportive when energy is low and life feels full.


What the Radiant Path Programme is really about

The Radiant Path Programme isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming a better version of who you are. It’s about learning how to care for the version of you that already exists.


When you’re exhausted, what helps isn’t more effort. It’s more care.


Our approach is simple and grounded. We focus on gentle practices that support your nervous system, help you slow down, and make space for rest without guilt. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to get right. You move at your own pace and take what you need.


Starting gently with Spark

The starting point of the programme is Spark.

Spark offers gentle monthly guidance, audio practices, and reflections designed to fit into real life. It’s there for the days when decision making feels hard and you don’t want to think too much about what to do next.


It’s quiet support in the background, rather than another thing demanding your attention.

You can return to it whenever you need to, in a way that feels manageable.


Glow is coming soon

We’re also slowly preparing Glow.


Glow will build on Spark with deeper guidance and a little more structure, while keeping the same calm, supportive approach. It’s being created thoughtfully and without rushing, so it continues to feel grounded rather than overwhelming.


We’re offering a live, face to face workshop

Alongside ongoing online support, we also know how powerful it can be to be guided in real time.


That’s why we’re offering a live, face to face workshop each month, starting January.


Being in the same room removes the need to self guide, make decisions, or hold yourself together. It allows your nervous system to settle in a way that’s harder to access alone or online. Support is immediate, responsive, and shared.


Especially in January, being held in a physical space matters.


Our upcoming workshop, is a live self care session created as an expression of the Radiant Path Programme.


You’ll be gently supported through soft movement, grounding practices, and rest, all held in a calm, welcoming space. There is no pressure to participate in any particular way. You’re always free to rest, adjust, or simply be.


This session isn’t about learning something new. It’s about being looked after.
