We’re absolutely buzzing to share this: All Around Yoga is launching a new face-to-face yoga class in Kilmarnock and we (Linda and John) can’t wait to welcome you.

For us, yoga has always been about people, seeing you breathe a little easier, move a little freer, and leave class feeling lighter than when you came in.
When, where, how much
Every Wednesday (starting 3 September 2025), 6 to 7pm
CentreStage, Kilmarnock
£10 drop-in
Suitable for all levels
If you’ve been searching for a Wednesday evening yoga class in Kilmarnock, this one’s for you.
How to book
Drop-in is £10. You can book in advance or pay on the door.
What to expect in our face to face class
Think gentle, accessible movement with options throughout, so you can make the practice as steady or as strong as you need on the day. We blend Hatha and Seasonal inspired yoga with simple breathwork to settle your nervous system, mobility to ease out tightness, and a guided relaxation to finish. Expect clear cues, friendly vibes, and plenty of encouragement.
Highlights:
A calm, supportive space with no pressure and no pretzel shapes required
All bodies, all abilities welcome
A balanced sequence for stress relief, flexibility, and better sleep
The perfect after-work yoga reset to break up your week
Why we’re excited
Teaching together lets us offer more individual attention and a richer class experience. One of us can demo while the other keeps an eye on the room, offering tips, reassurance, and personalised options. It’s the small, human touches we’ve missed most: the chat at the door, the laughter when a balance wobbles, and that peaceful hush in savasana.
New to yoga? You’re in the right place
If you’re brand new, you’ll be in good company. We keep things warm, simple, and welcoming, with time to ask questions and try things out. You’ll leave knowing a few basics you can build on each week.
If you’re returning to practice, you’ll find thoughtful progressions to deepen alignment, breath awareness, and ease without losing that grounded, feel-good flow.
What to bring
A yoga mat if you have one (we’ll have a few spares)
Water
A cosy layer or socks for relaxation
Arrive 5–10 minutes early if it’s your first time so we can say hello and get you settled.
A little nudge to start
If you’ve been meaning to try yoga, or get back on the mat this is your sign. One hour on a Wednesday can change the tone of your whole week. Come as you are; we’ll meet you there.
See you at CentreStage, Kilmarnock, Wednesdays 6–7pm.
With love,Linda and John — All Around Yoga
