If your week has felt a bit… well, “week-ish,” let us offer you something softer - a midweek pause.


Every Wednesday evening, 6.30 to 7.30pm, we gather in the heart of Galston for a little pocket of calm.


It’s nothing fancy or dramatic, just a lovely group of humans rolling out their mats, stretching out the day, and taking a breather from the world.


The space has such a cosy feel to it. People chat, people laugh, people arrive exactly as they are (wild hair, work clothes, forgotten water bottles, all absolutely welcome). It’s the kind of class where you walk in and immediately think, “Ah… yes, this is the reset I needed.”

Whether you’re a regular who hasn’t been in a while, or you’ve been meaning to come along for ages, this is your little nudge in the gentlest direction. A midweek moment that’s yours, away from the noise, away from the to-do lists, and definitely away from the chaos of everyday life.
